How to Use this Program?
First and most important - Just listen. Pick the session that feels right for you at that moment. Many experience results immediately. With continued and regular use brainwave entrainment is designed to re-align your brain waves (Alpha, Beta, Theta and Delta) with the frequencies associated with a better state of mind.
Be patient - allow yourself to relax and enjoy each session. For Relaxation and Meditation it is best to find a quiet space to enjoy these audios. With our Focus sessions you can listen while accomplishing other tasks. They can create a boost of energy, concentration or creativity. They are perfect to use while working out or at a time when mental clarity is needed. For our Sleep sessions use them when you lie down for bed. The sleep sessions can also be a very effective tool for reducing the discomfort associated with headaches.
Listen Daily - Brainwave Entrainment is most effective when used on a regular basis. You can and will get results from occasional listening, but you will gain the most benefit from the program the more you consistently listen.
Do I need special equipment to listen?
To get the best results we recommend using stereo headphones. Ear-buds are acceptable but some low quality earbuds lack the bass response necessary for this audio technology. Better equipment will produce a higher quality listening experience and much better result for you.
When will I see results?
Most people experience immediate results by listening to any Sound Therapy Session. Please keep in mind the greater benefit to Brainwave Entrainment and this program is with continued use. You are truly creating new neural pathways and realigning your brainwave frequencies to your more desired state of mind. Just like exercise trains the body Brainwave Entrainment trains the mind.
Why do my thoughts race?
Some women may experience what we call "Mind Chatter" many thoughts entering the mind at once. This can be overwhelming especially when you're trying to relax or meditate. Focus on your breathing, allow the thoughts to pass . . . and yes they will pass. Remember what we resist will persist . . . give your-self permission to relax and enjoy this program. As the mind chatter subsides, the body will relax, continue with the program . . . it is working.
Can I listen while doing other things?
Yes. Different listening styles can produce different results. All Sound Therapy Sessions can be listened to while being active or completely still. Meditation and Relaxation Sessions are designed to help you calm and quiet your mind. Keep in mind you are more likely to reach deeper states by being quiet, comfortable, and still. Focus Sessions are designed to be used to enhance cognitive ability and concentration. We suggest listening while studying, exercising or when you want to reach peak metal and/or physical performance. Sleep Sessions can be used before bed or try them out if you have a headache. Low tone Delta frequencies have been known to help reduce the intensity and duration of some headaches.
What if I fall asleep while listening?
In the beginning some people will fall asleep while listening. If you do fall asleep it's OK, most likely your body and mind needed additional rest. You are introducing deeply relaxing sounds and low brainwave frequencies into your life. As you progress through the program you will develop the ability to remain alert and relaxed. Whether you are asleep or awake Meditation for Menopause is still working.
What is the best time of day to listen?
Everyone's experience is different, you will find the best time that works for you. Some people listen in the morning after waking up, while others listen during work or right before bed. It's good to establish a routine of listening. The most important thing is . . . you do listen.
Can I listen while driving?
NO. Do not use this program while driving or operating equipment. The purpose of this program is to help you relax, reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and concentration. Use your common sense and make good safe choices.
